"Just Perfect....."

April 2017
I booked my mini break with the intentions of some much needed down time and wanting home from home comforts and the Ashdale didn't disappoint.
From the moment we arrived we ( me & my westie, Milo) received such a warm welcome from Peter & Linda. Nothing was too much trouble.
The room was clean, with TV, tea/coffee tray, mini toiletries, en suite and with a comfy bed (which was much needed at the end of a long day walking).
Peter's famous breakfasts set us up for the day - Milo loved his sausage and his extensive menu of evening meals were amazing.
Location was perfect as it is a short walking distance to the north shore ( promenade) and west shore. Shops and amenities are on the doorstep.
It was clear to see that Peter & Linda loved what they do and take immense pride in making sure all their guests have an enjoyable stay.
We will definitely be back and look forward to seeing how much Badger ( Peter & Linda's dog ) has grown!
Thank you for such a lovely stay!

“Another 5 star review”

March 2017
I review this outstanding guest house every time I come here. I came with the bf this time and didn't even have to brag about it as he already knew what it was like from reading other reviews..
As per usual Peter and Linda out did themselves with making us feel welcome.
Yes it was for only one night but my god I think it's the best food yet again I have ever had. The starter for the evening meal was prawn cocktail which peter used his own sauce and it was amazzzzing and the bf had peters new black bean soup which he loved. The main was spag Bol which I aware is the best I have ever had and the other half had chicken wrapped with bacon and veg.
Omg and the desert lemon and lime cheese cake was too die for I could finish it as was soooo full but it was indeed the nicest and most refreshing cheese cake I've ever had.

Cannot wait to be back here in April

Again thank you for all you have done

The Area, 5 minutes walk to seafront and shops, but such a quiet Area.

“A lovely weekend in Llandudno”

March 2017
We stayed at Ashdale for a weekend after reading the reviews on Tripadvisor, and based on our experience I would 100% recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Llandudno.

The guest house is centrally located, well-maintained and very clean. Our room (Room 8) had everything we could possibly need, and the beds were really comfy!

What really made our stay so great were the hosts, Peter and Linda. From the moment we arrived they couldn't have been more friendly or helpful, and they really made us feel at home. They clearly put an awful lot of work (and love) into what they do, and because of that it feels much more homely and welcoming than other places.

Like other reviewers I have to mention the food! Peter clearly loves to cook, and we had some brilliant meals including Beef Stroganoff and some delicious steak burgers. He was also very accommodating about food preferences/intolerances, which was appreciated.

If you are unsure where to stay in Llandudno then I would definitely recommend Ashdale Guest House, and we will definitely be back!

Stayed January 2017, travelled with family

bed was sooooo comfy didn't want to get out of it in the morning. Breakfasts were amazing. Our hosts were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Jack, our dog, was also made welcome. Ashdale was like home from home, in fact I have recommended this guest house to friends already.

stayed at Ashdale guest house over the new year with my dog Bella and what a great choice I made !!,
peter and linda are the owners and they greeted us on arrival peter was rolling o the floor plying with bella making a great fuss of her which she loved.
Linda showed us to our room and also helped me to take my belongings up to our room as id just had an operation which they took into account as they gave us a room on the first floor so wasn't a long way to get too.
the room was and lovely and comfy and had everything that anyone would need for a lovely stay,
my room was at the back of the guest house so it was lovely and quiet ,
I had my own shower room which had sachets of shampoo and shower gel and a little sewing kit for emergencys !
there was also a toilet in the shower room in the bed room there was a sink with lovely smelling soap.
in the room we had wer 2 single beds which each had a bedside lamp, there was a wardrobe and a t.v that was sat on a shelf facing the bed, underneath that was a tray with a kettle with lovely little jars with t- bags coffee milk and also little packets of biscuits, with lovely clean cups and saucers with spoons.
the beds wer lovely and clean lovely white bedding and th bed was lovely and comfy ,
whilst dureing my stay peter put on a food extravaganza over 3 days which consisted of breakfast and a meal at tea time , first night menu was curry with extras rice n nans cheese and biscuits and my started was garlic mushrooms there wer other choices as well like fish meal or beef stroganoff and that was only the first day 2nd day was a 3 course meal and same on the 3rd day was a buffet which was amazeing, peter is an amazeing chef and is so entertaining and funny,
Linda is an amazeing hostess she nothing was to much trouble for her she was ever so helpful and very friendly, my Bella absolutley loved Linda and peter.
the Ashdale is 10 miute walk to the sea front.and a 5 minute drive to west shore to take Bella for lovely walks which she loved.
